We are a farm-to-table beef cattle operation located in the Fingerlakes Region of Central New York. Our goal is to provide our community with high-quality, locally, and responsibly raised beef. We offer a variety of package sizes including bundles, subscription boxes, and bulk orders like quarters and halves. No matter the size of your household, we've got a package that will suit your needs. Our cattle are raised right here on green pastures and fed our homegrown forages and grains, creating the optimum marbling and tenderness for you to enjoy.

Our Story
We are Jason and Bethany Schenck, and we are the fourth generation on this farm. From a young age, I (Jason) developed a love for farming thanks to the influence of my grandfather and father. I was helping take care of cattle and driving tractors before I was tall enough to reach the pedals. I always knew that farming would be in my future...
