OUR BEEF PRODUCTS

Our beef shares are for those who want to stock up on our high-quality pasture-raised beef at a fair price. You can reserve your beef online by placing a deposit. 

No matter the size of your freezer or the size of your family, we have the package that meets your needs. Weights shown are actual packaged, take-home weights. Breakdown of cuts will be as follows:  

  • Approximately 40% Ground Beef - 1 pound packages  
  • Approximately 30% Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Chuck, Flank, Flat Iron, etc.  
  • Approximately 30% Roasts - Bottom Round, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, etc.

*Please note, all cuts mentioned above are not guaranteed, especially in the smaller shares. We try to our best to create a well-rounded variety based on the cuts and quantity we receive back from the butcher.

Approximately 25 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef. This is a great option for those with small freezers (fills a little over 1 cubic foot of freezer space).

Not quite ready for a bulk share, but still want to stock up on quality beef? This box includes approximately 50 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef (fills about 2.5 cubic feet of freezer space).

Bulk quantity meets bulk pricing. Stock up and save with approximately 110 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef.

This share is  cut and butchered according to our standard cut sheet, but if you have any special requests, please let us know!

Quality, customization and savings! If you have ample freezer space, this is the way to go! Includes approximately 220 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef, and the option to fill out a customized cut sheet.

Once you place your deposit, we will schedule your order into our next available butcher appointment. We will contact you to let you know approximately when your beef will be ready. Depending on availability, this can range anywhere from 2-6 weeks. When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for pickup at the farm.

Retail Cuts

Individual retail cuts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Please contact us if you are looking for a particular cut, or if you would like to schedule a time to "shop our freezer".
