Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2lbs Stew Meat or Ground Beef

  • 1 onion

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can golden mushroom soup

  • 8oz sliced mushrooms

  • 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4oz cream cheese

  • 8oz sour cream

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 6 cups cooked egg noodles

Directions

  1. Place raw beef, onion, soups, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  3. Once cooked, stir in cream cheese and sour cream until incorporated.

  4. Serve over egg noodles.

  5. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb Roast (Chuck, Top Round, etc.)

  • Ranch dressing packet

  • Gravy packet

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into 1 tbsp slices)

  • 10-12 whole pepperoncinis (or 3/4 cup sliced)

  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice

Directions

  1. Place roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle the ranch and gravy packets over the top of the roast.

  3. Place pats of butter and pepperoncinis on top of the roast. Pour the pepperoncini juice in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 6-7 hours.

  5. Transfer the roast to a plate and shred with 2 forks. Add the shredded meat back to the juice until ready to serve.

  6. Enjoy over mashed potatoes or on its own!

** This is great way to use leftover Mississippi Pot Roast! Simply combine leftover roast, peppers, onions and cheese to toasted rolls.

Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb Roast (Chuck, Top Round, etc.)

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 can (10.5oz) condensed french onion soup

  • 1 yellow onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup dark beer

  • Provolone cheese

  • Hoagie rolls

Directions

  1. Season the roast with salt & pepper and place in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add beef broth, french onion soup, Worcestershire sauce and the beer
    Optional step: drink remaining beer.

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add peppers and onions during the last hour of cooking, or sauté separately and add at the end.

  3. Place cheese slices on hoagie rolls and toast until melted.

  4. Shred the beef. Place shredded beef, peppers and onions on rolls and enjoy! Add juice from the slow cooker to your sandwich, if desired.
