1/2 Share Deposit

Looking to make sure your family has a plentiful supply of beef all year long? If you have the freezer space, this is the way to do it! Buy your beef in bulk and SAVE BIG!

The Half Share includes approximately 220 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef. Standard breakdown of cuts will be as follows:  

• Approximately 50% Ground Beef - 1 pound packages  
• Approximately 25% Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Chuck, Flank, Flat Iron, etc.  
• Approximately 25% Roasts - Bottom Round, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, etc.

Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your order and a tentative pickup date. Please let us know if you would like to complete a customized cut sheet, or if you'd prefer our standard cut options. When we receive your beef back from the butcher, we will reach out via email to give you the final weight/cost, and arrange a time for pickup. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
