1/4 Share Deposit

Bulk quantity meets bulk pricing. Stock up and save with approximately 110 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef.

This share is  cut and butchered according to our standard cut sheet, but if you have any special requests, please let us know! Standard breakdown of cuts will be as follows:  

• Approximately 50% Ground Beef - 1 pound packages  
• Approximately 25% Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Chuck, Flank, Flat Iron, etc.  
• Approximately 25% Roasts - Bottom Round, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, etc.

Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your order and a tentative pickup date. Please let us know if you have any special requests at this time. When we receive your beef back from the butcher, we will reach out via email to give you the final weight/cost, and arrange a time for pickup. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
