1/16 Share Deposit

Not quite ready for a bulk share, but still want to stock up on quality beef? This box includes approximately 25 lbs of packaged and vacuum-sealed beef.

Standard breakdown of cuts will be as follows:  

• Approximately 50% Ground Beef - 1 pound packages  
• Approximately 25% Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, Chuck, Flank, Flat Iron, etc.  
• Approximately 25% Roasts - Bottom Round, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, etc.

Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your order and a tentative pickup date. When we receive your beef back from the butcher, we will reach out via email to arrange a time for pickup. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
